We maintain our Safety Management System in accordance with the Enforcement Regulations of the Medical Service Law. The Safety Management Committee, under the chairmanship of our Medical Director, is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the safety management system.
- Biomaster Corporation drew up the guidelines for medical safety management. These guidelines are thoroughly understood by our staff and will be reviewed when and if necessary.
- Biomaster Corporation set up the Medical Safety Management Committee under the chairmanship of our Medical Director. The purpose of this committee is to increase the awareness of our staff concerning medical safety and to engage in activities which prevent accidents from occurring.
Specifically, staff reports on hazardous situations and/or accidents are to be submitted to the Medical Director, and based on these reports, the Safety Management Committee will draw up measures and/or preventive measures, and these measures will be thoroughly explained to our staff. - Training for safety management will be provided.

2. A committee for safety management concerning medical practices shall be set up.
3. Staff training for safety management concerning medical practices shall be provided.
4. In order to ensure safety of medical practices in clinical institutes, measures for improvements, including accident reports, shall be taken.
