  • 1.What types of wrinkles can be targeted?
  • Our procedure is not suitable for shallow wrinkles. It is suitable for a person who has deep wrinkles or sunken cheeks. However, other than shallow wrinkles, our procedures could have a certain degree of effect, so please consult one of our doctors.

  • 2.Is it possible to correct neck wrinkles or saggy areas on my face?
  • Our procedures may not be appropriate for neck wrinkles. For saggy areas on your face, a procedure to remove that area may get a better result than our procedure. However, as it is difficult to judge through telephone or e-mail exchanges whether our procedure is suitable for you or not, we recommend you to consult one of our doctors.

  • 4.How long will the effects of the procedure last?
  • The traditional lipo-transplantation procedures have a disadvantage of having a low survival rate of the injected fat. With our procedure, about the half of the injected fat will remain, because stem cells have an effect of preventing the injected fat from being absorbed. The fat that survives more than six months will remain for a long period of time. Of course, it will naturally decrease little by little with age.

  • 5.How is it different from hyaluronic acid or botox injections?
  • In both cases, the effect of correcting wrinkles will disappear as time goes by. With our lipo-transplantation procedure, the fat, once having survived, will remain for a longer period of time. There will not be any unnatural facial expressions, which you may have after having a botox injection.

  • 6.Can I have the operation on the same day I have a counseling?
  • We are sorry but we cannot perform the procedure on the same day you have a counseling. Because we place great importance on the safety of the procedures we provide, we ask you to have a preoperative examination, and it takes time before you receive the results.
Therefore, we cannot provide any operations on the day of the counseling.

  • 8.What should I bring with me when I have the operation?
  • Because you will experience swelling immediately after the operation, we recommend that you bring a hat or sunglasses to wear on your way out. For more details, our nurse will explain everything to you when you decide to have an operation. Please feel free to use the amenities provided in the patient rooms.

  • 9.Will any scars be left on my body?
  • In order to insert a tube for liposuction, a minor skin incision will be made in an inconspicuous area by using a scalpel.
It will be 7mm at the longest, but a scar will remain. In many cases, they are inconspicuous.
In the lipo-transplanted area, reddish tiny marks of an injection needle will remain for a while. However it will gradually disappear in about a month. The mark will become a tiny white dot, and it will be inconspicuous.

  • Generally, the internal bleeding usually becomes inconspicuous in one to two weeks. Swelling varies among individuals. When the swelling goes down also depends on areas where fat is transplanted.
