Before the operation, the breast was deformed from the capsular contracture, having distorted form. By removing the silicone implant and performing CAL soft tissue augmentation operation, it is now a natural breast with a shape of a tear drop.

The graph below shows the difference in the volume and height of the breast after the operation. After removing 220ml of silicon implant and about 20ml of the capsular contracture that was made from the implant, 230ml of the fat has been injected. The volume and the height of the breast where fat was injected are showing no big difference after the operation (After the 0 day) . That means the sectional swelling from the capsular contracture has dissolved, and the volume as a whole breast has increased, giving the breast a natural shape.
